Here is how to.
Step 1. Decide your kit
You need to have a plan for what your kit is made of then work out a list with product name, photo, specs and details, quantity, and target price (only if you have).
Step 2. Purchase components
You can find the products you want by yourself in Alibaba or other websites. If you have any trouble, you can send a message to us about your demands for the products you want to put in the box, your budget and other detailed information, then we will search for the suppliers with suitable price from both offline (Yiwu market) and online (1688.com).
After you have potential supplier, you can give us their contact information, so we can communicate with them to confirm details, order products, arrange shipping and collect products into one of our prep centers. You can also order direct by yourself if you know this supplier and they are accountable.
If you want to visit Yiwu market, that will be better, we can finish ordering quicker. The most important, you can see and feel the real products (or samples) before ordering.
Step 3. Collect, inspect and store
After ordering, we will confirm the order list with different suppliers and find a time to let them send the commodities to our prep center (warehouse). For lodging kits, our prep center located in Yiwu, China would be an ideal option for it’s convenient location and mass capacity of operation.
For every order list, we will check the quantity and quality of each products randomly. If there are unqualified products, we will open more boxes to inspect to be sure of the defect rate. Then we will coordinate with suppliers, letting them send new ones to us, or fix the inferior ones.
For example, one of our customers ordered 130 boxes ceramics dinnerware, but after they arrived, when we opened the first box, we found half of the dinnerware are substandard, so we spent several hours opening all 130 boxes to separate the good ones, and returned the bad ones back to the factories.
After all components be collected, inspected and ready to assemble. They will be stored in our prep center temporarily.
Step 4. Assemble (repack)
After all the order list finished, we are going to repackage, following your requirements. It’s convenient for us to buy any size boxes, and other packing materials, for the lodging kit, so we will try our best to find the suitable size box for you, and put more products in it with less empty space. For special products such as fragile goods, we will use stronger package method, so don’t worry the safety of the products.
There can be things pop out un-expected during this process, but our hard working, experienced team can usually work out a solution to handle them.
Occasionally, delivery time can be delayed in these cases, so plan ahead of time is essential.
Step 5. Send
When all kits are beautifully assembled, it is time to ship them either to you, or to your customers directly. We can multiple ways for this part.
You can use your forwarder, and tell the information to them, determining when the container come to our warehouse so that we can finish the work in time. We can also help with shipping, up to your terms (FOB, CRF, even DDP in many cases). We are also familiar with shipping to Amazon FBA and Walmart.

Q1: I don’t plan to visit Yiwu, can you help me buy the things I want?
A: Of course we can, but we don’t recommend this method. Firstly, the quality of different suppliers are different, so you aren’t sure if the products are what you prefer. Secondly, if we send samples to you, you confirm then order, it will take a lot of time, may even miss the deadlines.
Q2: There are some fragile goods, such as glass bottles, ceramics plates and so on, how you package?
A: For this special products, we will be more than careful. We put bubble bags, wraps, tubes, protectors … For ecommerce business, we will perform drop test before final assembly. Damage during transportation is reduced to its lowest possible level.
Q3: What’s the advantage of Yiwu market?
A: In Yiwu market, there are thousands of stores and suppliers offering various products. And most of the products are in stock. So it cost little time to find all the things you want, and goods can be quickly sent to our warehouse. The various sizes of boxes made for package can also be easily bought. It’s easy and fast.
