OFF-SITE PRODUCTS INSPECTION

For some small orders and small items, we understand that your QC budget might not allow you to cover production monitoring and onsite inspections. Therefore, we have you covered with this inspection performed after the goods are manufactured and packed and before shipped out of China. The inspection is performed at our processing center in Shenzhen, China. When receiving the goods from your supplier we can also help you to label and/or package them as per your requirements.

This service is very useful for e-Commerce professionals dealing with small orders by Air.

After performing the inspection and sending you the report, there are 2 options:

The goods are accepted, picked by your freight forwarding company and then shipped directly to your warehouse or any other warehouse.
The goods are refused and are returned to the supplier in 24 hours for further reworking In some cases, for minor issues especially related to marking or accessories missing, we might help you rework the goods directly at our center without having to return them back to your supplier.

This inspection can help you ensure your product quality is meeting your standards before they leave China, and before it becomes more complicated to discuss returns. It also helps avoid dealing with customs in case further rework is needed and allows you to directly engage with your supplier.
